Bill Lawhorn is a DC area fan and convention runner. In addition to chairing the 2009, 2014, and 2019 Capclaves, he is also the current 2020 chair. He was on the committee and performed various duties for the 2010, 2011, and 2015 Nebula awards. He was on staff for the 2003 and 2014 World Fantasy Conventions. He cochaired the 2018 WFC. He is currently cochairing the 2021 Worldcon, Discon III. In his little free time he reviews books for SFREVU.
